为了切实推进军队期刊的体制改革步伐,较详细剖析了军队期刊所处地位和面临问题。提出对策,特别在联合办刊实现资源优化方面进行了充分论述,不仅提出具体联合方案,而且细评多种联合优势。从而得出军队期刊体制改革势在必行,并通过改革终将大力提升军队期刊的整体水平的结论。
In order to effectively promote the pace of structural reform of the military periodicals, the position and problems facing the military periodicals were analyzed in detail.
