尿酸作为嘌呤代谢的最终产物,其血液中浓度的升高和氧化应激损伤与心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病等关系密切,给患者的工作与生活带来严重影响。本文综述了尿酸的生成、代谢、氧化及抗氧化作用以及氧化应激的机制,并对血尿酸水平和氧化应激损伤的关系作了进一步的阐述,为今后对尿酸的深入研究提供参考。
As the final product of purine metabolism, uric acid is closely related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and endocrine diseases due to the increase of blood concentration and oxidative stress, which seriously affects the work and life of patients. This review summarizes the mechanism of uric acid production, metabolism, oxidation and antioxidation as well as the mechanism of oxidative stress. The relationship between serum uric acid level and oxidative stress injury is further expatiated. It provides a reference for the further study of uric acid in the future.
