在与心电信号具有同源性的同时,心磁信号还具有可以反映出封闭电流产生的磁场等优势。本实验使用YBCOHTcrfSQUID心磁测量系统,对多种对象进行了心磁与心电的同期测量,并对心磁信号进行基于小波的噪声消除。结果表明,在所使用的心电测量条件下,心磁信号相对心电信号有超前现象;并且实验用兔在受到不同麻醉剂作用以及模拟急性心肌梗死的冠状动脉结扎手术后,心磁信号表达出常规心电不具备的信息。这对心磁测量系统的开发和应用以及对心脏生理学研究有很重要的意义。
