利用有限元方法对某机车用柴油发电机公共底座进行静力学分析,利用Pro-e软件建立柴油发电机和公共底座的模型,通过计算软件Workbench对其进行静强度分析,获得公共底座的载荷和变形量,检验其结构是否合理。通过分析公共底座的主要破坏因素,即其扭转刚度的大小,对公共底座提出优化方案,计算分析结果表明,优化方案扭转刚度明显大于原方案。
The finite element method is used to statically analyze the common base of a locomotive diesel generator. The model of the diesel generator and the common base is established by Pro-e software. The static strength of the diesel generator and common base is calculated by the software Workbench. Deformation, test its structure is reasonable. By analyzing the main damage factor of the common base, that is, the size of its torsional stiffness, an optimization scheme is proposed for the common base. The calculation and analysis results show that the torsional stiffness of the optimized scheme is obviously larger than that of the original scheme.
