Objective: To investigate the expression of Ras-related C3 botulinum toxinsubstrate 1 (Rac1) and p21-Pak1 protein in gastric cancer and its relationship with invasion, Transfer of the relationship. Methods: Sixty cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues were collected. The protein expression of Rac1 and Pak1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of Rac1 and Pak1 in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of Rac1 and Pak1 (r = 0.383, P <0.01), and their expressions were correlated with tumor differentiation , Depth of invasion, Lauren type and lymph node metastasis. CONCLUSION: The expressions of Rac1 and Pak1 are closely related to the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer, and may be used as a new marker reflecting their biological behavior.
