在山毛榉优良家系超级苗圃采用强化培育技术对山毛榉家系苗培育2年后,调查观测了各个家系苗高、地径、新梢长、顶轮分枝数及保存率。利用标准差法,从该批山毛榉家系中选择出5个优良家系进行了下一步家系评价,通过多阶段选择,达到选出优良家系的目的。2013年3月营造山毛榉5个家系试验林,根据5年(苗龄2年)保存率和生长量发现:其中山毛榉家系4号不适宜该处生长,自然陶汰了;初步选择出山毛榉1个优良家系现实增益5年生平均树高比其它3个平均树高增高10.9%,新梢增长36.6%,地径增粗27.3%,顶轮分枝数增多50%。
After 2 years of cultivation of Beech family seedlings using intensive breeding techniques in superb nursery of beech excellent families, the height, diameter, length of shoots, number of top branches, and preservation rate of each family were surveyed and observed. Using the standard deviation method, five elite pedigrees were selected from the group of beech families for the next pedigree evaluation. The multi-stage selection was adopted to achieve the goal of selecting elite pedigrees. In March 2013, a total of 5 pedigree experimental beech forests were planted. Based on the 5-year (2-year-old) conservation rate and growth rate, we found that Beech Family No. 4 is not suitable for growing here, and natural beetles are eliminated. The average tree height of 5-year-olds of high-quality family tree increased 10.9% higher than the other 3 trees, 36.6% of new shoots, 27.3% of ground diameter and 50% of number of top wheel branches.
