11.零件分级修理尺寸标记为了增加修理次数,延长主要件和基础件的使用寿命,作到物尽期用以节约原材料为原则,根据实际使用中磨损情况及材料强度和结构的限制,可以将许多零件的修理尺寸分为若干等级,便于加工和配件的供应和维修。各级修理尺寸已标准化,一般每级级差为0.25mm,孔径采用增加尺寸(+0.25mm),轴的直径使用缩小尺寸(-0.25mm);一般用符号“+”或“-”和“数字”相配合作为标记。 (1)气缸孔径为加大尺寸分级:一级为+0.25、二级为+0.50、三级为+0.75、四级为+1.00mm。 (2)曲轴主轴颈及连杆轴颈的缩小尺寸分级:一级为-0.12、二级为0.25、三级为0.50mm。 12.油标尺上的标记为了正确地反映机油盘内的润滑油(机油)所规定的容量,以保证发动机正常的润滑,它的容量的多少一般用机油标尺测量。
