云天化集团是云南大型生产性企业之一,总部位于滇池路,其主要产品化肥经历了紧俏至生产过剩的过程,云天化集团也走过了她辉煌的历史,开始面临经营转型。人行西山区支行金融管理部以云天化集团的2014～2016年的数据为依据,重点通过要素分析法考察了云天化集团在劳动力投入、设备等固定资产投入以及原材料投入上的变化,研究发现受市场竞争加大,粮食连年丰收,出口受阻等多方面的影响,云天化集团的开工率不足,营业利润持续降低,经营情况持续恶化。
Yuntianhua Group is one of the large-scale production enterprises in Yunnan Province, with its headquarters in Dianchi Lake. Its main product, chemical fertilizers, has undergone a process of tight supply to overproduction. Yuntianhua Group has also passed her brilliant history and started to face the transformation of operation. Based on the data of Yuntianhua Group from 2014 to 2016, the pedestrian Xishan District Sub-branch’s financial management department focused on analyzing the changes of fixed assets and equipment inputs of the Yuntianhua Group in terms of labor input and raw materials input through factor analysis. The findings show that As a result of increasing competition in the market, the harvest of grain in successive years and the blockage of exports, the utilization rate of Yuntianhua Group was insufficient and operating profit continued to decline. The business conditions continued to deteriorate.
