针对某小半径曲线连续梁桥存在的支座承载力不足、支座脱空及支座偏压等病害,经过计算分析、方案比选,选用等比例顶升方案更换病害支座。通过试顶,调整千斤顶布置,使顶升合力与箱梁重心重合,避免顶升过程中箱梁发生扭转、横向偏移;顶升过程中实时监测箱梁位移与应变,确保顶升安全。并采用结构胶充填支座脱空、用锲形钢板解决支座偏压病害。支座更换后,其承载力满足设计要求,达到预期目标。
Aiming at the shortcomings of bearing capacity shortage, bearing emptying and bearing bias of a continuous beam bridge with a small radius, the bearing of the disease is replaced by calculation and analysis, comparison and selection of projects, and selection of a proportional lifting scheme.
