上有高校生,下有中学生,中职生一直扮演着“鸡肋”的角色。初出校门,步入社会常常是碰了一个又一个冷壁。随便走进一个人才市场,那些招聘信息上,学历要求一栏,多是“大专以上学历”。而那些学历不限的工作,90%以上是小学文凭的人也可以做,基本待遇普遍很低,而要求中职学历的,几乎看不到。从表面上看,如果愿意“低就”,一些没学历要求的工作应该不难找,但实际上,很多企业主反而更愿意聘请初高中或小学文凭的,而且这种竞争反而更激烈,符合条件的人太多了,一伸手就是一大把。——这是一个即将毕业的中职生的就业困惑。
