当前,建筑业农民工人力资本健康状况优良,跨区域流动性较大,职业流动较小,执业技术性较强,有利于人力资本的积累和价值实现。但是,该群体接受正规教育时间较短,职业培训差强人意,保障水平较低,不利于人力资本成长和再生。通过对4省6城市596名建筑业农民工人力资本价值实现的影响因素分析发现,教育投资、社会资本对建筑业农民工人力资本价值实现具有非常重要的作用,人口学特征和流动性对建筑业农民工人力资本实现的影响几乎不起作用甚至起负面影响。笔者认为,加大农村正规教育投资力度、规范职业技术培训、优化生活生产制度保障环境,是促进和提升建筑业农民工人力资本价值实现的重要措施。
At present, the migrant workers in construction industry have good human capital health, large inter-regional mobility, small occupation mobility and strong practicing skills, which are beneficial to the accumulation of human capital and the realization of value. However, the groups received less formal education, unsatisfactory job training and lower standards of protection, which were not conducive to the growth and regeneration of human capital. Through the analysis of the influencing factors on the realization of human capital value of 596 rural migrant workers in 6 provinces and cities in 4 provinces and 6 cities, it is found that the investment in education and social capital play an important role in the realization of the value of human capital in construction industry. Demographic characteristics and mobility have significant impact on the construction The impact of the realization of migrant workers’ human capital in industry has no effect or even negative impact. The author believes that increasing investment in formal education in rural areas, standardizing vocational and technical training, and optimizing living production systems to protect the environment are important measures to promote and enhance the realization of the value of human capital for migrant workers in the construction industry.
