目的 :研究彭州岩叶乌头根中生物碱成分。方法 :p H梯度洗脱及硅胶柱层析。结果 :从中分得七个已知去甲二萜生物碱 ,通过光谱法鉴定为塔拉萨敏 (talatisamine) 1、异塔拉萨定 (isotalatizidine) 2、sachaconitine3、nevadenine4、伪乌头宁 (pseudacolline) 5、virescenine6和牛扁碱 (lycoctonine) 7。结论 :以上化合物均是首次从该植物中分得
Objective : To study the alkaloids in the roots of Aconitum in Pengzhou. Methods : p H gradient elution and silica gel column chromatography. RESULTS: Seven known norditerpene alkaloids were assigned to them and identified by the spectroscopic method as talatasamine 1, isotalatizidine 2, sachaconitine 3, nevadenine 4, and pseudacolline 5 , virescenine6 and lycoctonine 7. Conclusion : The above compounds were all isolated from the plant for the first time
