目的:探讨近红外光谱技术在注射用益气复脉(冻干)定性分析中的应用价值。方法:采集注射用益气复脉(冻干)60批、实验室模拟注射用益气复脉(冻干)中分别缺红参、麦冬、五味子的阴性制剂模型共31批的近红外光谱图,选择全谱进行分析,采取预方法为一阶导数+矢量归一化法,平滑点数17,设置一致性指数(ConformityIndex:CI)为6。结果:该模型能显著区分注射用益气复脉(冻干)与其空白辅料制剂和分别缺红参、麦冬、五味子的缺味阴性制剂。结论:该模型能用于注射用益气复脉(冻干)的定性鉴别
Objective: To explore the application value of near infrared spectroscopy in the qualitative analysis of Yiqi Fumai (lyophilized) for injection. Methods: Sixty batches of injection of Yiqi Fumai (freeze-dried) and thirty-seven near-IR spectra of the negative preparation models of Radix Ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus and Schisandra chinensis were simulated in laboratory simulated injection of Yiqi Fumai (lyophilized) Select the full spectrum for analysis, take the pre-method as the first derivative + vector normalization method, smooth the number of points 17, set the consistency index (ConformityIndex: CI) Results: The model can significantly distinguish injection of Yiqi Fumai (freeze-dried) and its blank adjuvant preparations and lack of red ginseng, Ophiopogon, Schisandra lack of taste-negative preparations. Conclusion: This model can be used for qualitative identification of Yiqi Fumai injection (lyophilization)
