常某、35岁、男。1986年7月10日初诊。素有喘疾,每于冬春或天气骤变时复发,多方求医,均无良策。每次发作时,哮喘痰鸣,胸闷气短,痰多清稀,证属寒性哮喘。我于上海学习期间,获得一治疗验方:甘遂15克,白芥子15克、细辛10克,共研末外敷于肺俞穴。初用之,效良好,十日后再用之,不足四小时,病人自觉局部灼热疼痛,浑身起风块,奇痒难忍,且腹痛隐隐。除去敷料,见局部红肿有水泡,大小不等。遂静推葡萄糖酸钙20毫升、维生素C1克,同时肌注氟甲去氢氢化可的松5毫克,症状得以缓解。但因配方用药,难以确定对何药过敏。在征得病家同意后,用单味药分别外敷。甘遂、细辛外敷四小时以上均未见异常反应,但白芥子外敷一小时左右,病人即浑身奇痒,断定患者对白芥子过敏。 Chang Mou, 35, male.
