目的 探讨双频双脉冲U 10 0掺钕钇铝石榴石 (Nd :YAG )激光粉碎泌尿系结石的疗效及安全性。 方法 应用双频双脉冲U 10 0Nd :YAG激光经输尿管镜和尿道膀胱镜治疗泌尿系结石10 1例 ,其中输尿管结石 83例 ,膀胱结石 15例 ,后尿道结石 3例。 结果 输尿管结石碎石成功率为91.6 % (76 /83) ,膀胱结石碎石成功率为 80 .0 % (12 /15 ) ,尿道结石碎石成功率为 10 0 % (3/3)。平均手术时间 33min ,平均激光工作时间 (5 .5± 2 .8)min。输尿管结石碎石后平均 15 (7～ 2 8)d排净结石。 结论 双频双脉冲U 10 0Nd :YAG激光能迅速、高效地粉碎泌尿系结石 ,对正常泌尿系器官无损伤
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of dual-frequency dual-pulse U 10 0 neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd: YAG) laser pulsed urinary calculi. Methods A total of 101 cases of urinary calculi were treated with dual-frequency and double-pulse U10 0 Nd: YAG laser through ureteroscope and urethral cystoscope, including 83 ureteral stones, 15 bladder stones and 3 posterior urethral stones. Results The success rate of ureteral calculi grafting was 91.6% (76/83). The success rate of bladder lithotripsy was 80.0% (12/15). The success rate of urethral calculi was 100% (3/3). The average operation time was 33min, the average laser working time was (5.5 ± 2.8) min. Ureterolithiasis after an average of 15 (7 ~ 28) d row net stones. Conclusion Dual-frequency dual-pulse U 10 0 Nd: YAG laser can crush urinary calculi rapidly and efficiently without any damage to normal urinary organs
