本文叙述Richard Thomas 8BaIdwins有限公司EbbwVale厂一个30吨LD—AC转炉与Spencer厂三座100吨LD转炉上的雨种除尘系统,并对它们作了比较。 Ebbw VaIe厂1959年,P.Mefz在DudeIange厂利用一座由底吹转炉改装成的氧气转炉进行了在喷气管内喷射石灰粉的试验。结果证明:利用纯氧顶吹方法可以成功地精炼高磷生铁,接着便决定在Ebbw Vale厂建立一座30吨LD—AC转炉。因缺乏LD—AC转炉废气烟尘含量的资料,便暂时假定:通过喷氧管在转炉内喷入粒度小于2毫米的石灰粉以后,由于废气内带出一些石灰,所以其含尘量要比普通氧
This article describes a rain dedusting system on a 30-ton LD-AC converter and three Spencer’s 100-ton LD converter at the EbbwVale plant in Richard Thomas 8BaIdwins Ltd. and compares them. Ebbw VaIe Plant In 1959, P.Mefz conducted a pilot injection of lime powder into the jet pipe at DudeIange using an oxygen converter converted from a bottom-blown converter. The results show that the high-phosphorus pig iron can be successfully refined by the pure oxygen top-blowing method and the decision to set up a 30-ton LD-AC converter at Ebbw Vale.
