目的 探讨 β Catenin、Bcl 2与乳腺癌的发生及预后的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学染色分别检测了 10例正常乳腺组织、40例癌前病变及 6 0例浸润性导管癌中 β Catenin、Bcl 2的蛋白表达情况。 结果 Bcl 2、β Catenin在正常乳腺组织、癌前病变及乳腺癌组织中表达逐渐降低 ,Bcl 2在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理因素有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 β Catenin在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理因素无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。Bcl 2、β Catenin在癌前病变及乳腺癌组织中表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 Bcl 2与 β Catenin基因改变在乳腺组织恶性转化中起重要作用 ,Bcl 2表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌的预后有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between β Catenin and Bcl 2 and the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods The protein expression of β Catenin and Bcl 2 in 10 cases of normal breast tissue, 40 cases of precancerous lesions and 60 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expressions of Bcl-2 and β Catenin in normal breast tissues, precancerous lesions and breast cancer tissues decreased gradually. The expression of Bcl-2 in breast cancer was correlated with clinicopathological factors (P <0.05), while the expression of β Catenin in breast The expression of cancer had no correlation with clinicopathological factors (P> 0.05). The expression of Bcl 2 and β Catenin in precancerous lesions and breast cancer tissues was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The changes of Bcl-2 and β Catenin play an important role in the malignant transformation of breast tissue. The expression of Bcl-2 is correlated with the prognosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast
