枣原产于我国,适应性强,结果早、收益快、寿命长、易管理,是深受群众喜欢的木本粮食树种之一。但枣座果率低,落花落果严重,影响着枣的产量。另外,枣花小、枣仁发育不良,给杂交育种带来诸多不便。一般认为,杂交很难成功。所以,生产上几乎看不到人工杂交培育的新品种,很不利于枣树的发展。本文以枣花柱头和花粉着手,研究其有效期和最佳期,以便为开展杂交育种提供资料;为探讨枣授粉受精机制,分析枣座果率低的原因,为生产上配置授粉树提供依据。一、试材和方法试验于1987年在山
Jujube native to our country, adaptable, early results, fast income, long life, easy to manage, is favored by the people of woody food species. However, jujube fruit rate is low, falling seriously, affecting jujube production. In addition, small jujube, Zao Ren poor growth, to the hybrid breeding a lot of inconvenience. It is generally believed that crossbreeding is difficult to succeed. Therefore, the production can hardly see the artificial breeding of new varieties, it is not conducive to the development of jujube. In this paper, the stigma and pollen of Chinese date were used to study their expiration date and the optimal period in order to provide information for carrying out crossbreeding. In order to discuss the mechanism of pollination and fertilization, the reason of low fruitset percentage of jujube was analyzed and the basis for the allocation of pollination tree was provided. First, the test material and method test in 1987 in the mountains
