薪酬问题是现代企业管理制度中激励机制的重要内容,也越发成为我国国企改革进程中突显的问题之一。2008年金融危机以来,如何对国企经营者的薪酬进行规制,成为企业界和法学界研究的热点。我国国企经营者的薪酬激励制度在不断发展的同时暴露出了一系列问题,亟待解决和完善。我们应从薪酬决策、薪酬结构、薪酬监管等层面学习和借鉴西方国家的先进经验,不断完善我国国企经营者薪酬的约束机制。
The issue of remuneration is an important part of the incentive mechanism in the modern enterprise management system. It has also become one of the more prominent issues in the process of state-owned enterprise reform in our country. Since the financial crisis in 2008, how to regulate the remuneration of SOE managers has become a hot topic in business and legal studies. At the same time of continuous development, the remuneration incentive system of the managers of state-owned enterprises in our country exposed a series of problems that needed to be solved and improved urgently. We should learn from the advanced experience of western countries from the aspects of remuneration decision-making, remuneration structure and remuneration supervision, and constantly improve the restraint mechanism of remuneration of state-owned enterprise managers.
