目的探讨优质护理对血液透析患者的健康状况的干预作用。方法选取2015年6月—2016年12月中山大学附属第五医院就诊的90例维持血液透析患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用基础护理,观察组患者采用优质护理,包括基础护理、心理护理、健康宣讲及对于并发症的预防和控制。比较两组患者治疗前以及治疗后1个月的健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)分数。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的生理、心理、社会方面评分均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后的生理、心理、社会方面评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够提高维持血液透析患者的健康状况,对临床有指导意义。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients’ health status. Methods 90 cases of hemodialysis patients attending the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received basic care and patients in the observation group received quality care including basic nursing, psychological care, health preaching and prevention and control of complications. The scores of the Health Assessment Scale (SRHMS V1.0) before treatment and one month after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with those before treatment, the physical, psychological and social scores of two groups increased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the physical, Psychological and social aspects of higher scores, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the health status of hemodialysis patients, which is of clinical significance.
