本文主要研究了抗坏血酸(AA)及其衍生物——抗坏血酸硫酸酯(AAS)对大鼠和豚鼠因高脂膳或外源性化学物质(DDT和戊巴比妥)毒性影响的防治或改善作用。结果表明,AAS对高脂食物而引起大鼠或豚鼠血、肝脂质增加的防治效果和实验性DDT污染饲料以及戊巴比妥对豚鼠毒性影响的改善作用都比AA好。但给高剂量AA可使肝脂过氧化明显升高,AAS则无此现象。
In this paper, the effects of ascorbic acid (AA) and its derivative-ascorbyl sulfate (AAS) on the toxicity and toxicity of high-fat diet or exogenous chemicals (DDT and pentobarbital) in rats and guinea pigs were investigated. . The results showed that AAS on high-fat foods caused by rat or guinea pig blood and liver lipid increased prevention and treatment of experimental DDT contaminated feed and pentobarbital on guinea pig toxicity improved better than AA. However, high doses of AA can be significantly increased liver lipid peroxidation, AAS is no such phenomenon.
