在粮食加工厂中大量使用各式各样的平筛,回转筛。特别是大米加工厂,日渐普遍地使用回转筛进行谷糙混合物的分离。这些筛子在使用过程中,为了适应不同的工艺情况,需要调换筛面或者改变转速。调换筛面要求停产进行,而且能调换的筛面规格是有限的。改变转速可以通过机械变速、调速来实现,但是机械结构变得复杂。特别是在进行试验的时候,要寻找一个较好的转速,用机械的方法是比较麻烦的。当然可以使用交流换向器式电机实现调速,但这种电机体积大,价格贵且不宜获得。下面介绍一种办法,利用筛子运动的特点,进行电气调速,可以使筛子在一定范围内实现无级调速,以适应工艺的要求。机械结构一点也不用改动地就能用在回转筛面上。
