目的 了解临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA)中耐消毒剂基因(qacA)及β 内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因(mecA、TEM)存在状况。方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测20 株 MRSA中 qacA、mecA和 TEM基因。结果 20 株 MRSA中,qacA、mecA和 TEM基因PCR扩增均阳性。结论 临床分离的MRSA中qacA、mecA和TEM基因携带率均很高;在 MRSA中发现 qacA基因为我国首次报道。
Objective To investigate the presence of qacA and mecA genes in methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Methods The qacA, mecA and TEM genes of 20 strains of MRSA were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Among the 20 MRSA strains, qacA, mecA and TEM genes were all positive by PCR. CONCLUSION: The qACA, mecA and TEM genes in MRSA isolated clinically are very high. The qacA gene was found in MRSA for the first time in China.
