目的评价饮用水卫生监测体系在某突发水污染应急处置中的应用效果。方法依据已经建立起来的饮用水卫生监测体系,制定统一的应急监测和评估方案,在一个多月的应急处置过程中,开展饮用水卫生应急监测和风险评估,评价饮用水卫生监测体系在突发水污染应急处置中应用的有效性。结果共对污染波及范围内的4家市政供水单位、2家城市自备水厂、27所学校、202个农村分散式水井、97个备用水源(水井)、100个拟用于应急状态下贮存饮用水的贮水车辆等进行了应急监测,共采集监测各类水样4 131份。在分散式供水的井水中有3.96%的井水镉含量超标,其余监测点水中的镉含量均符合国家有关卫生标准。较好的突显了其饮用水卫生监测体系的技术支撑地位,提升了应急处置能力,并形成有效的突发水污染事件卫生应急处理工作机制。结论广西饮用水卫生监测体系为政府部门有效处置水污染事件提供了科学依据,发挥了确保饮用水卫生安全的重要作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of drinking water hygienic monitoring system on emergent water pollution emergency response. Methods Based on the established health monitoring system for drinking water, a unified emergency monitoring and assessment plan was formulated. Conclusion Guangxi drinking water health monitoring system provides a scientific basis for government departments to effectively handle water pollution incidents and plays an important role in ensuring the hygiene and safety of drinking water.
