铸造齿轮结构的正确设计、各部尺寸的合理选择、及其铸造工艺的正确拟订,在目前的机械制造工业中,还是一个值得研究的新颖问题;然而它却随着铸造齿轮的日渐广泛应用,愈来愈迫切地需要加以解决了。笔者参照了几本有关文献,在文中着重讨论了铸造齿轮结构的设计和选择、各部尺寸的确定、以及个别部分的强度计算。对於齿轮的铸造工艺及其在生产上的应用,亦给以必要的敘述。
The correct design of the cast gear structure, the reasonable selection of the dimensions of the various parts, and the correct formulation of the casting process are still novel problems that are worth studying in the current machinery manufacturing industry; however, it has become increasingly common with the increasing use of foundry gears. More urgently needs to be solved. The author refers to several relevant documents, in the article focused on the design and selection of the casting gear structure, the determination of the size of each part, and the strength calculation of individual parts. For the gear casting process and its application in production, it also gives the necessary description.
