对退火炉清洁度、脱脂清洗效果、退火工艺等对钛卷组织、性能、表面质量的影响进行了分析,通过提高退火炉清洁度、改善脱脂清洗效果、优化卷取张力,采用阶梯加热保温和减缓冷却速度,有效改善表面氧化和粘接,获得均匀的显微组织和力学性能。
The influence of cleanliness, degreasing cleaning effect and annealing process of annealing furnace on microstructure, properties and surface quality of titanium coil was analyzed.
