采用共混改性手段制备尼龙66/石墨共混物,测定了其摩擦磨损性能及力学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察和分析材料磨损表面形貌。结果表明:当石墨含量分别在8%,3%,10%时,石墨/尼龙66共混材料的耐磨性能、拉伸性能和冲击性能最好。
Nylon 66 / graphite blends were prepared by blending modification. The tribological properties and mechanical properties of nylon 66 / graphite blends were measured. The surface morphology of materials was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the graphite / nylon 66 blends have the best wear resistance, tensile properties and impact properties when the content of graphite is 8%, 3% and 10% respectively.
