用薄层一比色法测定了中成药活骨灵冲剂中人参皂甙Rb1的含量。操作简单，结果准确，平均加样回收率为98．3％，相对标准差为1．2％（n=5）可为药品质量控制提供参考。
The content of ginsenoside Rb1 in the Chinese medicine Huo Gu Ling Granules was determined by a thin layer-colorimetric method. The operation is simple and the result is accurate. The average recovery rate is 98.3%. The relative standard deviation is 1.2% (n=5), which can provide reference for drug quality control.
