提出了LED光谱数学模型,并对在不同驱动电流条件下红光、黄光、绿光和蓝光LED的光谱分布进行了实验验证。结果表明此光谱模型拟合的LED光谱分布非常接近实际测量光谱分布,优于其他光谱模型,并表明此光谱模型同样适用于荧光粉。进一步对白光LED光谱分布和显色性进行了仿真模拟,结果也表明提出的新光谱模型优于其他光谱模型。
The mathematical model of LED spectrum was put forward and the spectral distribution of red, yellow, green and blue LEDs under different driving currents was experimentally verified. The results show that the spectral distribution of this model is very close to the actual measured spectral distribution, which is superior to other spectral models and shows that this spectral model is also suitable for phosphors. The simulation and simulation of white LED spectrum distribution and color rendering are also made. The results also show that the proposed new spectral model is superior to other spectral models.
