“欧洲联合”已经撞击着北美和东亚,北美实际上也已经步入联合,东亚还在梦幻中憧憬。东北亚合作构想,是“东亚联合”种种设计中的一个。近年来,关于东北亚经济合作的讨论十分热烈,已经受到这个地区各国政府和经济界的普遍关注。今年仅在我国就召开了几次国际和国内学术研讨会,如1月15日至17日在北京召开的“东北亚地区经济合作与发展国际研讨会”,有日本、苏联、南朝鲜和我国的学者参加,7月12—14日在哈尔滨召开的“90年代东北亚经济贸易前景与对策研讨会”,有我国各地的学者和企业界人士参加。从这些研讨会所涉及的情况和问题来看,东北亚经济合作还有待进一步研究,大家比较关心的有如下几个问题: The “European Union” has already hit North and East Asia. The concept of cooperation in Northeast Asia is one of the various designs of the “East Asian Alliance.” In recent years, the discussion on economic cooperation in Northeast Asia has been extremely enthusiastic and has drawn the general attention of the governments and economic circles of various countries in the region. This year alone, several international and domestic academic seminars have been held in our country, such as the “International Symposium on Economic Cooperation and Development in Northeast Asia” held in Beijing from January 15 to January 17, with Japan, the Soviet Union, South Korea and China Scholar, “Seminar on the Prospects and Countermeasures of Northeast Asian Economy and Trade in 1990s” held in Harbin on July 12-14, with scholars and business people from all over China participating. Judging from the situations and issues involved in these seminars, the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia still needs further study. The following issues are of concern to all:
