利用红外CCD摄像机和三轴转台等装置,研制了一套周视激光产品(360°探测视场)的激光光斑测量系统。通过开发一套分析处理软件来控制三轴转台转动,实现被测激光光斑在CCD摄像机靶面上的精密扫描,将激光强度信息和位置信息由数据采集卡采集,再由软件对采集到的图像数据进行拼接,便得到全视场激光光斑的2D和3D强度分布图,对其进行分析后最终得出全视场内发射激光发散角、激光光斑强度相对分布等激光光斑质量信息,从而为各种大小视场激光产品研制提供了一种对发射光斑质量进行分析和检测的手段。
