M7130、M7132H类平面磨床,削轴承为外圆锥体内圆柱体滑动轴承,后轴承为滚动轴承,前后两轴承相互之间的位置距离相隔很远。主轴后端所装的(电机)转子的两头分别有11片各为长66mm,宽32mm、厚8mm的铸铝散热片。它与转子硅钢片浇铸为一体,因为是铸造铝,脆性大,各散热片体形尺寸小而且又长,故强度很差。转子与主轴的配合为H7/k6。经过长时间的使用,热胀冷缩使两者的结合有变紧现象,使转子要从主轴上拆卸下来很困难。 拆卸和重装的方法很多,主要步骤:拆卸拉出转子和风扇叶片→检查校对→修磨研抛光新主轴→
