Whether it is the entry of huge capital or the reorganization of private capital, the “capital movement” that takes place in the domestic film and TV industry has become a striking highlight in the recent cultural industry market. We compiled these two articles, intended to tell people that with the marriage of capital and culture, a huge gold industry is showing in front of people. Any attempt to bring the crisis of all Chinese cultural industries down to WTO practices will undoubtedly turn this issue into a big, undisciplined pseudo-issue. In the face of WTO, whether it is state capital or non-government capital, we should see more equal opportunities, more mature markets and recognition of the audience’s cultural product choice.
