设计与制造协同作为并行工程的重要环节,是从设计阶段就开始考虑产品的可制造性,有效减少工艺准备时间,缩短研制周期及上市时间。但如何做到设计与制造有效协同一直是困扰航空制造行业的难题。在原有VPMWindchill-DELMIA协同研发的模式下,进一步探讨基于VPM与DELMIA直接开展设计制造高度并行的研发模式工程应用研究,为实现复杂产品设计制造的协同研发提供新的技术途径。采用VPM-DELMIA模式,可以提升设计与制造的最大并行程度,让制造部门可以及时了解设计状态,提早开展工艺设计过程。
Design and Manufacturing As an important part of concurrent engineering, collaborative design and manufacturing start from the design stage to consider the manufacturability of the product, effectively reduce the process preparation time, and shorten the development cycle and time to market. However, how to effectively coordinate the design and manufacture has always been a problem that plagues the aviation manufacturing industry. In the original VPMWindchill-DELMIA collaborative R & D model, further research on VPM and DELMIA to directly carry out the design and manufacture of highly parallel R & D mode engineering application research, in order to achieve complex product design and manufacture of collaborative research and development to provide new technical ways.
