为了解决夜视兼容液晶显示屏的红外光干扰问题,采用RGB三色LED和紫外LED作为背光源,在紫外LED附近添加荧光粉,发出微弱的红外光和可见光,通过控制不同LED的亮灭及发光亮度,使背光源较好地适应白天及夜视应用环境。根据10.4 inch的背光源的亮度和均匀性的相关规定,利用TracePro模拟LED光源模型,确定了LED的数量和排列方式,并设计了背光模组的结构。仿真结果表明,在夜视兼容模式下,通过夜视仪或者裸眼都可以看清液晶显示屏上显示的信息。
In order to solve the infrared night vision compatible LCD interference problems, the use of RGB three-color LED and UV LED as a backlight source, near the UV LED add phosphor, emitting weak infrared light and visible light, through the control of different LED on and off and Luminous brightness, backlight to better adapt to daytime and night vision applications. According to the regulations of brightness and uniformity of 10.4 inch backlight, we use TracePro simulation LED light source model to determine the number and arrangement of LED, and design the structure of the backlight module. Simulation results show that in the night-vision compatible mode, through the night vision or naked eye can see the information displayed on the LCD screen.
