目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病患者的高脂血症对尿白蛋白排泄量的影响。方法 :放射免疫法测定 14 5例 2型糖尿病患者和 2 6例健康志愿者的 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄量 ,按血清甘油三脂、总胆固醇水平对糖尿病患者分组比较。合并高脂血症的糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,治疗组应用调脂药物 6月。结果 :2型糖尿病患者合并高甘油三酯血症组、高总胆固醇血症组较血脂正常的 2型糖尿病 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄量高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,调脂药物治疗 6月比对照组的 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄量减低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :2型糖尿病合并的高脂血症可增加 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄量 ,调脂药物可延缓其发展。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia on urinary albumin excretion in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: 24 h urinary albumin excretion was measured by radioimmunoassay in 14 5 type 2 diabetic patients and 26 healthy volunteers. The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum were compared among diabetic patients. Patients with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was given lipid-lowering drugs in June. Results: In type 2 diabetic patients with hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia group had higher urinary albumin excretion (P <0 05) than type 2 diabetes mellitus with type 2 diabetes mellitus (P0 05) 24 h urinary albumin excretion was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia can increase urinary albumin excretion 24 h, lipid-lowering drugs can delay its development.
