[目的 /意义]针对目前高校图书馆社会服务过程中存在的问题,通过考察一个地区的高校图书馆社会服务实践,提出对策建议,为我国高校图书馆服务社会提供决策依据和参考。[方法 /过程]以南京地区25所本科高校图书馆为研究对象,通过访谈法与网络调查法等实证研究方法调查分析其社会服务内容以及在社会服务过程中存在的一些问题。[结果/结论]调查结果显示,南京地区高校图书馆社会服务主要对象为高校用户和区域内其他科研单位,呈现出明显的倾向性与针对性;在服务社会的过程中也存在着资源缺乏、非竞争性资源和服务的受惠面过于狭窄等局限。为今后高校图书馆更好地开展社会服务提供了事实依据。
[Purpose / Significance] Aiming at the problems existing in the process of social service in university libraries, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for our country’s university libraries by providing reference to social service practice. [Methods / Processes] Taking the 25 undergraduate university libraries in Nanjing as the research object, this paper investigates the social service contents and some problems in the social service through the empirical research methods such as interviews and online surveys. [Results / Conclusion] The survey results show that the main objects of the social services of the university library in Nanjing are college users and other scientific research units in the region, showing obvious tendencies and pertinence. In the process of serving the society, there are also lack of resources, Non-competitive resources and services benefit from the surface is too narrow and so on. It provides a factual basis for the better development of social services by university libraries in the future.
