随着现今经济的飞速发展,地勘事业单位的发展步伐也在渐渐地加快,随之而来的陈旧的地勘事业单位人事管理模式也需要进一步的改革与完善。地勘单位聚集着大量的地质勘查专业技术人才,是地质勘查优质人力资源的聚集地。有效的人力资源管理,不仅对地勘单位的事业发展,而且对推动中国地矿经济的发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文将在说明地勘事业单位人事管理的重要性的基础上,分析现阶段地勘事业单位人事管理中存在的一些不足与问题,并且根据实际情况提出相应建议,以期地勘事业单位人事管理发展的越来越好的同时地勘事业单位也能够较之前更上一层楼。
With the rapid development of economy at present, the pace of development of geological prospecting institutions is also gradually accelerated. Based on the importance of human resource management in geological prospecting institutions, this paper analyzes some shortcomings and problems in the personnel management of the geological prospecting institutions at this stage, and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the actual conditions in order to promote the personnel management development The better the same time, geological exploration institutions can also be better than before.
