目的探讨短期联合阶梯用药治疗胃十二指肠复合性溃疡的临床效果。方法对80例胃十二指肠复合性溃疡患者采用短期联合阶梯口服给药治疗。结果症状结果 :0分74例,1分3例,2分2例,3分1例;胃镜检查结果 :愈合73例,显效4例,有效1例,无效2例;Hp阴性77例,阳性3例。结论短期联合阶梯用药治疗胃十二指肠复合性溃疡的临床效果满意。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of short-term combined ladder treatment of gastro-duodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer were treated with oral combined with short-term oral administration. Results Symptoms and outcomes: 0 points in 74 cases, 1 point in 3 cases, 2 points in 2 cases and 3 points in 1 case. Results of gastroscopy: 73 cases were cured, 4 cases markedly effective, 1 effective and 2 ineffective; Hp negative 77 cases were positive 3 cases. Conclusion The clinical effect of short-term combined ladder treatment of gastro-duodenal ulcer is satisfactory.
