分别采用干法消解和微波消解处理植物沥青样品,干法消解在可操作性上优于湿法消解。利用离子色谱法对前处理后的钾离子溶液进行测定。色谱条件包括以Metrosep C4-100/4.0为分析柱,1.7 mmol硝酸为淋洗液,流速为0.9 m L/min。结果表明,钾的质量浓度在1~50 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.002 mg/L。在此检测条件下,干法消解和微波消解的相对标准偏差分别为0.64%和0.84%,回收率在97%~101%之间。该方法能准确地测出植物沥青中的钾的质量浓度,为生产优质燃料提供有效的检测方法。
The samples of plant bitumen were treated by dry digestion and microwave digestion, respectively. Dry digestion was superior to wet digestion in terms of workability. Pre-treated potassium ion solution was determined by ion chromatography. Chromatographic conditions include Metrosep C4-100 / 4.0 as analytical column, 1.7 mmol of nitric acid as eluent, flow rate of 0.9 m L / min. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of potassium and 1 ~ 50 mg / L with the detection limit of 0.002 mg / L. Under these conditions, the relative standard deviations of dry digestion and microwave digestion were 0.64% and 0.84%, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 97% to 101%. The method can accurately measure the concentration of potassium in plant bitumen and provide an effective detection method for producing high-quality fuel.
