“服务要成为融入联想血液的DNA”。——联想集团总裁杨元庆还记得2001年4月20日,当杨元庆接过柳传志的大旗时,曾给出了联想集团的三个远景方向:高科技的联想、服务和联想、国际化的联想。显然,将服务当成利润支柱是学习IBM这样的国际大公司的一种做法,但不可否认的是,这在当时看起来是一个遥远而又让人充满怀疑的愿景。时隔两年,2003年8月5日,“2003联想商用服务月”活动的启动给了我们一个审视联想服务业的机会。
