原真性是旅游体验和动机的一个核心问题。随着现代旅游业的迅速发展,民宿正发展成为新型的旅游体验居住模式,并因提供个性化的住宿体验和原真性的生活状态而备受欢迎。文章以丽江古城“亲的客栈”为例,在携程旅行网搜集了用户对该客栈的在线点评并进行编码分析,提炼并识别出游客对民宿的原真性感知。研究发现,游客在民宿住宿体验过程中,形成了环境影响下的文化真实性和情感真实性两大原真性感知。该研究不仅有利于丰富旅游真实性的相关研究,而且对民宿未来的发展,尤其是如何在同价位的住宿设施中脱颖而出,具有重要实践意义。
Authenticity is a core issue of travel experience and motivation. With the rapid development of modern tourism, B & B is developing into a new mode of living for tourism experience and is very popular because of its personalized accommodation experience and authentic living conditions. Taking Lijiang Old Town as an example, this paper collects the online reviews of the inn from Ctrip.com and analyzes the codes of the inn, and then extracts and identifies the original authenticity of tourists. The study found that tourists experience two cultural authenticity and authenticity of the environment under the influence of the environment. The study not only helps to enrich the tourism authenticity related research, but also has important practical significance for the future development of B & B, especially how to stand out in the same price accommodation facilities.
