在高速公路建设大发展促使大量施工企业纷纷进入公路建设市场的背景下,本文以施工类企业AB建设公司为研究对象,依托其承建的高速公路项目,主要运用质量管理知识和PDCA循环理论,针对公司当前的质量现状和问题,重点从“人、料、法”三个方面分析。提出如何在PDCA循环下完善公司质量管理体系,提高高速公路项目质量水平。
