混凝土的原材料选取与配合比选择不当、施工方法和措施有误、建筑物所处条件的影响以及结构不合理等都是其产生裂缝的原因。混凝土所产生的温度收缩、干燥收缩、不均匀沉降、结构应力集中等也都可能会导致混凝土开裂。在实际工程中,往往是各种因素多重作用引起混凝土开裂。结构物的有害裂缝不仅会降低力学性能和承载力,还会直接影响结构耐久性,缩短使用寿命。因此,在施工中应采取相应措施,通过改善各种影响混凝土干缩变形的因素,才能减少裂缝的产生、减小裂缝的宽度,特别是避免出现有害裂缝。
