Allogeneic stem cell transplantation may be an effective method to cure multiple myeloma (MM). This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical efficacy of allogeneic stem cell transplantation in patients with MM. Methods The study included 13 MM patients with a median age of 41 (range, 31 to 46 years), 10 received allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT), and 3 received allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (PB SCT). One of the cases had been completed before transplantation
