本文对63例HIE的预后及与预后有关的因素进行分析讨论。存活47例（74．6％），死亡16例（25·4％），其中重庆HIE占92.9％，存活者有轻度神经系统异常，未发现严重神经系统后遗症，与重度HIE早期死亡有关。预后受多种因素影响，应综合分析评价。
In this paper, 63 cases of HIE prognosis and prognosis-related factors were analyzed and discussed. There were 47 cases (74.6%) survived and 16 (25.4%) died, of which 92.9% were HIE in Chongqing. The survivors had mild neurological abnormalities and no serious neurological sequelae were found, which were associated with early death of severe HIE. Prognosis affected by many factors, should be a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
