沙门氏菌所致食物中毒，在细菌性食物中毒中是常见的。其中以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为主。１９９６年６月６日我市某聋人学校发生一起食物中毒，根据流行病学调查和细菌检验结果，确认该起食物中毒是由肠炎沙门氏菌所致，现将结果报告如下：１ 流行病学调查 １９９６年
