目的研究芷归片中决明子与白芷的纯化工艺。方法以总蒽醌和欧前胡素的转移率以及浸膏收率为考察指标,比较醇提水沉法、壳聚糖沉淀法、大孔树脂吸附法、酸碱法等纯化方法,优选纯化工艺参数。结果通过几种纯化方法的比较,采用酸碱法的纯化工艺最佳,其优选参数为:用20%石灰乳调pH6,静置2 h,过滤,减压回收溶剂后干燥。结论运用酸碱法纯化后蒽醌类成分和欧前胡素的损失均较小,浸膏收率能满足制剂要求,工艺简单可行。
Objective To study the purification process of Cassia twig and Angelica dahurica in Zhizi tablets.
