通过田间系统调查,转 Bt 基因棉(品种为 GK19)在湖北江汉平原棉区对棉铃虫抗性稳定。从棉铃虫的第二代到第五代整个发生期内,即使在不对其进行化学防治的情况下,棉铃虫的发生量也保持在极低的水平。在大田环境相似的情况下,转Bt基因棉对棉铃虫有较为明显的产卵排趋性。室内饲养结果表明,转 Bt 基因棉对棉铃虫的生长发育(幼虫体长和体重、蛹重)有明显的影响,棉铃虫幼虫食用转 Bt 基因棉组织后,发育迟缓,相对于常规棉喂养的整个生育期延长17d,使棉铃虫在田间的危害减少至少1个世代。另外,接虫试验表明,棉铃虫幼虫在转 Bt 基因棉株上取食时间明显减少,减轻了棉铃虫的危害程度。
Through field investigation, transgenic Bt cotton (variety GK19) showed stable resistance to H. armigera in the Jianghan plain cotton area of Hubei. From the second generation to the fifth generation of H. armigera, the occurrence of H. armigera was kept to an extremely low level even without chemical control. Under similar circumstances in the field, transgenic Bt cotton had obvious oviposition tendency to cotton bollworm. The results of indoor feeding showed that transgenic Bt cotton had a significant effect on the growth and development of the cotton bollworm (larvae body length and body weight, pupal weight). The growth of the cotton bollworm larvae was slower than that of the conventional cotton fed Bt cotton The whole growth period is extended by 17 days, reducing the damage of cotton bollworm in the field for at least one generation. In addition, the worm test showed that cotton bollworm larvae in transgenic Bt cotton plants significantly reduced feeding time, reducing the extent of the damage of cotton bollworm.
