卵巢原发性绒癌较少见，合并囊性畸服癌者自1982年迄今国内外文献仅报告2例。现将我科所见1例卵巢原发性妊娠性绒癌合并囊性畸胎瘤报告如下。患者女性，16岁，未婚。因月经不规则5个月，经量增多，腹痛5天入院。月经初潮15岁，周期规则（3～5／3O天）。妇检：处女股完整。肛查 Ovarian primary choriocarcinoma less common in patients with cystic teratocarcinoma since 1982, domestic and international literature only reported 2 cases.
